We all have a story we tell ourselves. I’m too old, too stupid, too ugly. We believe these stories without a second thought as to where they came from, and base our identities and futures upon them. So how do we isolate these limiting beliefs and stop them from taking control of our lives? Personal growth is a lifelong process, and in order to reach our full potential, we have to give up the negative self talk that prohibits us from living the Best Life.
