Danny lost a bet, and as a result it meant she had to start 75 Hard. But upon further consideration, it has been decided that 75 Hard is a “hell no.” Look, we love a challenge as much as the next person, but this shit just ain’t healthy. In almost any scenario, extreme measures cause extreme rebounds, and if you’re really looking to build mental-fortitude or change your body, baby steps are the way to make that change last. Long term goals require long term solutions, not just an arbitrary list of tasks that ends as quickly as it begins.
